Wes Chamberlain 1991 Topps Desert Shield Value

Desert Shield

A gold-foil-stamped parallel of his base Topps card, produced to send to U.S. troops deployed for the Gulf War instead of being sold at retail. The full parallel set is estimated at roughly 6,500 to 7,000 copies, with much of it never reaching the field — the genuine scarcity, rather than manufactured print numbers, is what makes it his key card.
