A one-of-one card pairing Larry Bird's and Magic Johnson's on-court autographs sold for $432,000 in September 2025 — more than double the $168,000 it sold for just nine months earlier, in December 2024.
The card is a 2006-07 Upper Deck Exquisite Collection Dual Logoman Autograph: an on-card signature from each of basketball's most famous rivals, set beside a game-worn NBA "Logoman" patch in each player's team colors. As a true 1/1, it's the only copy of its kind.
The jump is a striking example of how fast prices on elite vintage-era autograph cards can move — even for a card that had already sold once at a six-figure price less than a year earlier. Some market estimates had pegged the card's value even higher than its September sale price, suggesting the buyer may have gotten in below where the broader market had it.
Bird and Magic's rookie-era cards remain some of the most chased in the hobby, and pairings like this one — a shared signature moment between two of the sport's defining figures — sit at the very top of that market.
